I slept from almost 9 last night until 6 and I woke up having no idea what month or year it was or what was going on with anything.

I'm trying to get up the energy to get in the shower so I can get dressed and put my contacts in. I have a grocery order and then my mom and I have to get to my sisters house to meet my nephews for early dismissal. My bil has a meeting today. Then my sister will get home with my niece and my mom and I will get to the eye doctor.

I feel better today depression wise. I don't know if its because I slept a lot or the lamictal increase is working more.

I took a shower and got dressed and got my contacts in. The contacts took a bit with a couple breaks and I had to take the left one out and put it in again. But now they are finally in for the day. And I didn't lose one this time.
