I'm doing the Myfitnesspal app again. It has a carbs, and protein, and sodium budget, and doesn't tell you when you will reach your goal the way Lose It does . Which always drove me a bit crazy. I logged in all my details and it says I should be eating 1600 calories a day to lose weight. Which seems about right. I seem to lose when I'm around 1600 calories. Anything higher is too much.
I ate better then most days. Breakfast and dinner were legit. I had some chips for a snack but they were Sun Chips which are ok. I'm trying.
I did buy a bag of Kit Kats I've been looking awhile for
