I'm actually willing to test different antipsychotics to find if any of them will work for me. Currently I'm taking perphenazine, a typical antipsychotic - wonder if the "old-fashioned" ones work better than the "modern" ones. I know that is the case with lithium (with me).

I also have planned that I will take medicine to help me through the worst parts (which I think am having right now) - and start reducing the dose when things start looking up.

My current antipsychotic - I don't know if it's working but I'm not getting any side effects, which is more than wonderful. Just the way it should be.

So... The search for a psychotherapist begins.

Cheers for the advice, spiritual emergency. Useful as always. I don't have time to read the link on Jung's Model of Psyche, but I will when I get back from Switzerland - will be gone for 10 days.

Positive thoughts to all..
