Oh, on the effectiveness of making periods lighter, I had Liletta and definitely had lighter periods! They just would come as frequently as in three week intervals or as long as a year apart and my PMS was sooo bad physically and mentally. Only started my period in a psych unit for a few years pretty much. (Again, I’m told I’m a weirdo in this way. Not trying to advise for or against)
