I am exhausted, but for good reasons. Today, I went to the dentist, met a friend for lunch, worked in my classroom a tiny bit, went on the longest walk I've been on since I got sick in 2023 (50 minutes), cleaned my bathroom, and cooked dinner for the next few days. My dentist appointment went fine. I inquired about a night guard because my jaw pops but, even with insurance, it would have cost $200 so I had to pass. Lunch with my friend was okay-she was a little passive aggressive about something and dismissed some stresses that I have though. I didn't get to the grocery store, so I'll have to do that sometime after Mass tomorrow.

My mood was stable today-just normal emotions and a few passive SI thoughts.
