And no it’s not easy for many people yet some think it’s no big deal. My favorite checker at the grocery store says it doesn’t affect her or she doesn’t notice. Lucky!

MD said “if [he] didn’t set the clocks.” So if he woke up and his clock that was not adjusted said 4, an adjusted to daylight savings clock would say 5.
I agree it’s stupid. Luckily right now the only “scheduled” thing I have is taking meds at 9am every day and I usually wake up around 5 so now getting up at 6 is actually good for me because I have less time to be waiting, and I can slowly adjust myself to the new time, but with a more rigorous schedule I’d be thrown way out of whack.
