MD said “if [he] didn’t set the clocks.” So if he woke up and his clock that was not adjusted said 4, an adjusted to daylight savings clock would say 5.

I agree it’s stupid. Luckily right now the only “scheduled” thing I have is taking meds at 9am every day and I usually wake up around 5 so now getting up at 6 is actually good for me because I have less time to be waiting, and I can slowly adjust myself to the new time, but with a more rigorous schedule I’d be thrown way out of whack.
