Dear Lord,
I was away from You! I was in the dark and I know You are still my Father. And You welcomed me with open arms even though I wondered why You would not be with me or let pain be in my life.
“remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world.”
