My group says at least drink water, plenty of water, I know that's hard, I hate drinking water, but I'm trying. They also say you should drink a protein, try carnations instant breakfast which also comes sugar free, or boost, they will help with your moods. Day dreaming is not bad, if your thinking of some place peaceful and calm, away from the pain. I picture myself on and island with animals and no one else just sitting there and watching play. So dream sweet dreams.
