I am sorry, but I find the particular syntax in the post hard to understand and I might be confused for that reason, so please correct me if I made wrong assumptions based on incomplete understanding, but:
- do you believe that there are steroids in antipsychotics?
- do you believe that where you live, euthanasia would be approved without a clear terminal diagnosis? What category of illnesses/conditions warranting euthanasia, where you live, do you think you would qualify for? I certainly hope you find reasons for living, but I am also simply confused. Why would a psychologist be able to certify you for euthanasia? Shouldn't you have an opinion of a medical doctor, not a psychologist? I am unclear where you live and maybe the rules are specific to where you live, but in general, it would be your psychiatrist (a medical doctor) and not a psychologist. At least Google AI thinks so when I asked, but it has been known to hallucinate (fabricate "facts").
You said that you have a psychologist (the one whom you think of asking to recommend you for assisted dying). But then, why did this psychologist not explain to you that antipsychotics do not contain steroids?
There is a review, in case someone can help you read and digest it:

If you have a psychiatric illness that you refuse treatment for (given the belief that antipsychotics contain steroids and would further masculinize you), and if you seek euthanasia for unbearable psychic pain caused by a psychiatric illness, you probably would not qualify because you are refusing standard treatment with a good chance of bringing relief, and are doing it under the influence of false beliefs (antipsyhotics do not contain steroids and cannot masculinize you; in fact, some antipsychotics can make men lactate, a weird side effect).

Regarding being accused of narcissism - it is a very common accusation these days. Everyone who does not like somebody accuses them of being a narcissist. It does not mean you are a narcissist. It is essentially a meaningless pejorative.
