Yeah, I found a good workout for back pain. It's a chair exercise routine. I'm hoping that helps it. I also am going to ask my Dr for lidocaine patches for my back. They are pretty big, but I had to use 2 back then. I imagine I'll have to use 3 now, lol. But we'll see what my dr says. Sorry you have back pain too. It sucks!
