I did my nice long power walk this morning, 7.2 mi. It also leaves me starving afterwards! I know I eat a lot more food than most women, and a lot of times the ED thinking makes me feel guilty but then I have to say "screw it, my body needs this for fuel and to maintain my weight". I have lost a lot of weight in the past year, well at lot for me, around 15 lb. But I had gained 15 lb. on generic Zyprexa, so it's pretty much getting back to my old baseline weight. Still am a healthy BMI and I do have a small frame as well which plays into it. Glad I am off Zyprexa now though because it was such a weight gainer for me, and that just was not good with an ED in my past.

Oh, and did a few pushups and planks, hope to repeat this afternoon if I don't forget about them!
