You sound like you’re lucky to have a fast metabolism Blueberry, I was like that when I was younger too, but you’re also incredibly active!
So sorry about the migraine!

I do have a decent metabolism, but it really revs up when I exercise. But like you said, I exercise a lot. Most of my adult life I have been fairly active. I even was on the treadmill the day before I went into labor with my daughter, exercised the entire pregnancy and my delivery was a snap! I definitely think the exercise helped with that. And of course, the exercise helps my mood too. Even if I don't feel like exercising when I start, I feel good once I've finished it!
