Vegetables with humus is also good. It's important to eat something for breakfast as well even if it's just a meal replacement shake or bar. I like vanilla fat free Greek yogurt with granola and mango (buy the mango frozen, thaw it overnight). And then, a healthy dinner is important too. One of my favorite go-to recipes is chicken fajitas; I buy wheat tortillas for myself and my daughter, white for H. And chicken veg stir fries are simple as well.
