I have no doubts that you are a great pet owner. I never implied that you’ll forget to take care of the pets. But this total stranger can’t possibly know all that.

There are a lot of pet hoarders (or hoarders in general) out there so it’s possible she wanted to make sure you aren’t one as it might not be the best environment. Pictures would show that, although someone could send other people’s picture, not even there own house
