What you wrote does not seem to make sense. You wrote that our brain doesn't develop at 25, but develops during 20s and 30s. However, 25 is inside the segment "20s to 30s". So you made two contradictory statements. Maybe you meant to say something else and I am sure you didn't mean to make contradictory statements. So what did you mean?
