Is there anything that works for seasonal allergies other than Claritin and Benadryl? Claritin makes my anxiety go through the roof. And while Benadryl doesn't put me to sleep, it makes me drowsy during the day (which is when I'm most bothered by allergies). I am on hydroxyzine for anxiety but I think it does zilch for my allergies. Is there any happy medium out there? Any natural remedies or anything?
