@Blueberrybook, it’s the fatigue that hits me hard when it kicks in. I’m not keen on taking anti-histamines, as the side effects can be unpleasant. However, I’m also prone to cellulitis from insect bites, so I do wind up taking anti-histamines to help combat that, which in turn eases the pollen allergy.

The eye-drops sound worth trying. It’ll be interesting to see how you get on with them.

I tend to find some years are worse than others. I’ve never pinned down the particular type of pollen that I find the worst.
