I mean motivation for weight loss. I have 40 pounds to lose and I have had the same 40 pounds to lose for a year. No more. No less. Just stuck at 40 pounds. Lately Iike in the last week, I've just quit eating around 4PM. I have had issues before with night time hunger. Not sure whats different now. I just want to get to sleep fast now I guess.
