@Tart Cherry Jam - That's a good workout! Even walking 50 min without a vest would have been a great workout; I don't know how you do it with a vest. It is too hot here now to even contemplate wearing a vest walking, even in the early hours of the morning when it is still dark. Plus, some medication I'm on says to be careful of overheating, maybe it the Seroquel?
