My doctor said I didn't look bad. She said I looked really muscular and like I was working out. Which is why I only need to get down to 180. I look sick below that.
I'm eating apple slices for dinner. I think prilosec lowers your appetite. I know pantropaloze did. I did get a Jimmy Johns sandwhich while I waa out though.
