I do not wear FitBit either. I used to wear it but then I would develop eczema where the wristband touched my skin. So I stopped. I wear an Oura ring for sleep tracking, and it also counts steps, albeit not as precisely as FitBit.
I can totally see how an ED would cause you to obsess over numbers and push for more more more. Good you block those kinds of triggers from affecting your life
