Somebody sent me a fitbit or something in the mail a few years ago, but it rubs on my wrist bone. I am happy with a "macro" level of knowing how much time i spend exercising, like 15 minutes at a timr, which is about all i can tolerate right now without punking out the next day. Pushing myself is getting really counter-productive. But obeying an "arbitrary" limit is crazy-making to me! What??? I have no limits! I am super-oldie!!
