I’ve had a couple of Garmin watches for around 12 years or so, each model that comes along seems to monitor you more and more. I’m the kind of obsessive person who can get gripped by these stats if I’m not careful so I decided to keep it on for my daily steps but not for recording runs. Even then I can go days without wearing it now - it wore a little dint in the top of my forearm from when I did

apparently Apple watches do the same. It was like the mark of an addict.
I’m doing okay as possible thanks @
Blueberrybook my mouth is healing up quickly with these salt water rinses I’m doing like the nurse said to. I still have two corking black eyes which make up can’t cover, not sure the arnica is helpful in this case. My nose may be slightly off centre but it’s hard to say, I’m hoping I won’t need to get it reset at the ENT.
No exercise as such but as I’m confined to barracks I’m doing a very thorough spring clean through my kitchen cupboards which has helped my mood.
