32 years for me also. My wife is a good person. So am I. A certain level of mutual respect comes from that. Our daughter recently graduated college. She and my wife are best of friends. My daughter is more like me than her. We also have a good relationship. My wife and I have a platonic relationship. She became a Jehovah's witness. I was raised Catholic but do not practice religion. I have never broken my marriage vows. It comes to this. Would I trade the comfortable life I have for something that has more passion but is less comfortable? No. I'm content with fantasy. LIfe is short and there simply isn't enough time to amend some of our mistakes. Another 5 years and I'm outta here! LOL
