Today, I took a risk and tried a very simple body weight workout. It's a risk because increasing physical activity can trigger POTs symptoms. The exercises triggered my symptoms a little bit, but nothing to bad. Tomorrow will be the real test-seeing if I wake up in a flare or recovered. I really don't enjoy strength training, but it is so important so I want to try to add some to my walking routine and actually stick with it this time. I've started and stopped strength training many times in the past.
School was fine. Stopped at the pharmacy on my way home. I've been feeling a little melancholic this evening. I think it's from my schedule at work being so thrown off due to testing.
I have to start thinking about going through my things/packing in preparation to move in May. I found some packing bags on Amazon that I bought. These will be nice because they fold up really small and I'll be in a studio that doesn't have much storage.
