Good morning! Got an early morning (6am) grocery delivery today from Whole Foods through Amazon. Getting back on track with healthy eating.

I’m heading to walk to the gas station/convenience store soon to get some eggs. I didn’t order them because they were out of stock online. There’s a couple other small food items I need to pick up from Family Dollar on my way home from therapy tomorrow. Then that’s it and I have everything for the month.

The keyboard book I ordered arrived yesterday. It’s got like 43 Christmas songs for piano in it. Excited to start learning from it today. Have therapy tomorrow.

Plans for today are to take out some trash and declutter some, shower, walk to the store to buy eggs, cook, practice keyboard. Also have that generic Imodium being delivered today. Which should give me some peace of mind. I might try to get on the treadmill today as well because my anxiety has been bad. So a 30 min walk to the store (15 min there 15 min back) and 30 min on the treadmill. Exercise helps my anxiety a lot.

Tomorrow I have therapy. Saturday I’m cleaning. And I have a volunteer shift on Sunday with the cat rescue.
