Dizziness is from a migraine variant called vestibular or vertiginous migraine. I developed it in late April 2023, but only recently obtained a definitive dx.

Botox helps against classic migraine with pain, but does nothing at all for this new type of migraine

Classic migraine with pain is common. I believe 15-16% of population have it, and more women than men

Vestibular migraine, by contrast, is rare and often goes undiagnosed. I was not surprised to learn that because many doctors could not figure out what caused my symptoms until the ENT and neurologist diagnosed me with a migraine variant

Yin yoga today plus I will go for a brisk walk before bedtime.
