15 k steps today. It came from walking a lot in the morning to process emotional hurt (I succeeded in that, not only by walking but also in the therapy session that followed and via writing all afternoon and early evening) and the a happy walk in the evening, listening to a podcast that described the pros and cons of Andrew Huberman's podcast which I used to listen to until I got bored by its excessive length and continuous selling of expensive and unproven supplements. This critic I listened to is not a hater; he presented a measured critique and ultimately said that on the whole, Huberman does advance popularization of science, despite all the shortcomings, and in any event is a better alternative to going to a psychic. That last contrast made me smile.
I am going to bed soon and I manage to get a good night's sleep, I will go to Orangetheory in late morning tomorrow.
