@Discombobulated Great to hear that you're healing. Yes, confidence is so hard to regain after a bad fall like that. I had that problem after the fall where I chipped a tooth. Finally just gritted my tongue and started walking again even though initially I was nervous about falling again, a little paranoid about it even. I still am, if I think about it too much, to tell the truth.

@Blue_Bird Nice to hear you're exercising again. Do you just do yoga on your own, or do you follow a video?

I did a 7.2 mi power walk this morning, and it wasn't easy because it got cold again. It was in the upper 40s with a feels like temp in the low 40s. I am glad I wore my gloves. The cold wind made my eyes tear up so badly, I even had a couple tears run down my face. Probably because my seaonal allergies are bad right now too as trees are pollinating and wildflowers are in bloom. Dealing with itchy, tired eyes not to mention postnasal drip. That was a bit of a cold walk, to be sure!
