I had some vanilla chai for breakfast. For lunch I had 2 granola protein bars. For an afternoon snack I had cilantro lime rice. I skipped dinner but I did get a cherry chai latte with oatmilk around 3PM. I did 190 reps with my ab roller and I ran a lot of errands so I was more active then normal.
