I did a 10 min walk outside so far and am gonna do an hour on the treadmill soon. Then some yoga, weights, and squats with resistance bands. That’s the plan for today. And I have my volunteer job tonight which is very physically active as well.
Ate a healthy breakfast, have lunch, snacks and dinner planned out
Don’t know my weight. Got rid of my scale due to my ED making me obsessed with it. So I’m no longer weighing myself unless I get weighed at my psychiatrists office which I usually am. Just focusing on eating healthy, eating enough, and exercising in moderation.
