I had a couple of patients with conversion disorder.. Both times it appeared as stroke symptoms Well one time the dr insisted it was conversion disorder and we didn't think it was. The first was clearly conversion disorder with one side paralysis, vision problems, etc. tt was clinically very interesting although hard to treat. I also worked at a camp in college and one of the staff members had psychogenic seizures. That was really rough to see because she really suffered.
