Thanks so much. I have been taking 2 of the capsules since that's what it says in the directions (I have generic acetaminophen rather than brand name Tylenol) though not to exceed 6 in 24 hr. Yesterday I took 4. Today so far just one dose of 2. I wish I could take NSAIDs as I think that they work better (especially for the sinus headache stuff) and last longer, but I can't after having ulcer surgery.
