I was told last week by my nurse that Esketamine doesn't really cause dissociative effects. To me, that would be less good, but it would make the treatments easier and is also effective. It is more expensive, so much so that my clinic stopped offering it. Especially since more and more insurance companies are paying for infusions.

Don't let that dissuade you, whichever you can get should be worth a try.

If you can get the infusions, ask about the treatment room and what sensory objects they use as aids.
