I am in Perimenopause and am preparing for a visit with a new doctor whom I have found through the Menopause Society. They have their system of certification and I looked up such a doctor and luckily found one at the office center by the nearest hospital within a 10 min drive from me who is in-network. I have been thinking of questions to ask you and read up on other women's experiences, those who are actually in menopause, unlike me. Many report instant relief from HRT in the mental health department. Clearly, estrogen is responsible for so many things in one out bodies. Far more that initially meets the eye.
