I drink Yogi Tea Bedtime Caramel. It contains poppy flower parts.

My wife was discharged from the hospital. The COBRA election means two things:
1. I pay more than $2000 per month to keep the coverage. (Yuck!)
2. All co-pays are zeroed out because my wife met the out-of-pocket maximum (Yeah!)

I have a hernia operation scheduled for next week, but I'm not sure who can drive me home yet.
