I have taken three walks today, all with a purpose.

5 miles, 8k steps so far

I will walk more, now not with the purpose of getting to a certain destination but to calm restlessness, pass time until I can go to bed, and "run away" from the dystonia symptoms I began experiencing. Either this is due to the accumulation of Thorazine in my body, or to the fact that yesterday I mixed Thorazine with Seroquel (mind you, both in small doses), or both.

For now I will switch to Seroquel only for sleep until I have a chance to discuss the next steps with the psychiatrist on Saturday. I am thinking of trying just 10 mg of Thorazine for sleep and no Seroquel, as a maintenance sleep med. If it gives me somewhat elevated liver enzymes, which is reversible as I now know, I will live with that. I cannot live with dystonia and it makes it unsafe to drive, which is a major life disturbance.
