Blueberrybook - oh i never grease my grits! I only use oil when i happen to buy scallops (like for my birthday), and buy a small tub of butter when i have a super craving for it, again like once a year, and then have bread and butter for a week.
I dont know HOW the weight watchers app figures i get 50 gm of fat every day. It must be in my processed foods, because i never add any. Oh wait, one packet of mayo, and one packet of salad dressing per day, max.
I am slowly building up my exeercise tolerance. I used to do 10k walks 6x a week in my 30s. So your walks are a great motivator for me.
