@unaluna I'm not talking about even greasing grits, just making them plain or from a pouch by adding water & then perhaps butter, sweetener, fruit, whatever. I still just don't like the texture. The taste is actually okay, but the texture...though it does have better texture than some things; my mom used to serve okra boiled. That is so slimy and gross, I'd choose grits above that!

@Tart Cherry Jam Way to go on the exercise! Just remember not to overdo it. I got myself into a lot of trouble that way.

I walked a long power walk this morning, burned a lot of calories but I had banana bread for breakfast and need a few snacks yet, but I'm doing okay maintaining weight-wise. My BMI is still considered healthy though on the low end, and when the ED thoughts are not raging, I realize I'm pretty thin, probably a lot of people might even say too thin, which is why I think the BMI system is a misguided method of determining a healthy weight. Still waiting on my wrist to heal, looking forward to putting pilates back into the exercise rotation.
