I went for a power walk this morning, my normal 7.2 mi route, but it was a trudge. It was 77F outside but over 85% humidity, and it was just a hard walk. Did see a cute little egg hunt set up for some kids in front of one of the houses I walked by. Honestly, I should have taken the day off and/or not walked so far.
I am thinking my wrist may be well enough to give pilates a go tomorrow. We'll see. Or maybe I'll do pilates but skip weight bearing exercises on that hand.
