I haven’t slept a full night for almost a week. I did nap a couple times especially Sunday after 2 2-hour services with not much in between. Last night I didn’t sleep at all. I’ve taken all my meds two hours ago. Should be tired! I’m trying to ignore hunger. I ate fish then later cereal! I have to do my laundry tomorrow for sure. This sucks.
