Are you still drinking "outside" coffee like starbucks or dunkin? I cant tolerate those anymore. Just one tsp of instant espresso plus a tbsp or 2 of maxwell house international carp for flavoring. Anything more and i am literally wide awake all night. Coffee is a drug man! If i dont have my one cup a day, i dont even wake up until 5 pm.
