Masturbation is considered a sin by some religions. However, all qualified medical, psychiatric, psychological, and sex experts concur that masturbation is completely normal and healthy and that almost everyone engages in it.

Actually that is not entirely correct about sex experts giving it unqualified endorsement. I have listened to a lot of podcasts by sex experts on YouTube who specifically call out maladaptive masturbation as problematic. Maladaptive masturbation is getting used to reaching orgasms via ways that cannot be transplanted into partner sex. Apparently you do not suffer from this problem, but other people do. Maladaptive or desadaptive masturbation is not sinful or morally wrong, it is just a dead end unless the masturbating person does not plan on engaging in meaningful partner sex.

But apparently experts practicing in the field have techniques and practices that people suffering from maladaptation can adopt to unlearn their rigid ways and open up channels for partner sex.
