I did my usual walk this morning, practiced the plank. I read an article yesterday that listed Houston among the top 10 most polluted air cities in the U.S., fantastic...since I live around a 20 min drive from Houston, it's pretty much the same for the air I breathe outside, maybe slightly worse as there are chemical plants within a 5-10 min. drive from my house and often you can smell chemicals in the air. And I'm sure the current administration is just going to make the laws the big chemical foundaries have to follow even more lax than they already are
