@Tart Cherry Jam That is a lot of walking in 1 day! You need to be careful about it. I really got myself in trouble with overexercise. I'd say if exercise is 1.5 hr+ daily it is way too much. Probably closer to 1 hr. is ideal. Overdoing it can also lead to injuries/re-injuries. But I'm not one to talk with my long power walks; however, I eat a lot of calories in a day, probably 2500+.
