@Blueberrybook that sounds much worse to cope with than here. We’re lucky in that we do have plentiful footpaths although many are in poor repair. Sadly many cars here ramp up in the pavements when they park and that’s partly was breaks them up. It was a good response from the council but I feel like I want to report more until they’ve replaced every last broken one

I’ve got so much on my mind right now I need the focus of exercise, I got a slow steady 8k in this morning, it was warm as we’ve had a sudden rise in temperatures and very sunny, it felt like summer and even at 7.30am there were lots of other walkers, runners and cyclists out along the coast - I love it when it’s like that, I feel alive if that makes sense.
