Yes it is. To stay in a toxic environment in the " real world " can kill you ( like in an area with toxic fumes or what ever in a huge amount ). You would run from a place like that , right ? I have to understand that attachment to "mental toxicity "
can be just as fatal !!! When you finally get to detach it's like breaking the chains that hurt your wrists and ankles so much.. Especially after so many years. What makes it so astonishing is that those chains were really not there , they were invisible., a construction of your own mind !!!
