@Tart Cherry Jam - That's a good length of time stretching! I really need to stretch more. It feels so good, especially afterwards. Seems I read once that stretching is good for longevity too.

I took my power walk this morning. It wasn't as easy as yesterday's but not nearly as hard as the other days. The chemical smell was pretty strong when I started, actually the first couple of miles my eyes would burn when I looked up from the sidewalk. Even allergies don't cause my eyes to burn that much, and I don't wear contact lenses. Finally, either I adapted to it or whatever it was that was bothering me lessened in the air and my eyes stopped bothering me so much.
