I ate breakfast around 6:30 which was a cucumber lime Gatorade and 4 wildberry Eggo pancakes. My weight is 219.4 and it was 226 a few weeks ago and everyone is saying that is really good progress and my pdoc is all like "that just proves you can do it yourself."
Ok I guess.
I've been totally off my prestiq for a week so I haven't been very hungry since.
I did 150 reps with my ab roller this morning. I'm about to do another 150.
