Munchausen is not about FAKING. its about CAUSING. like when you drink soda when you really should not. Or have coffee. Or eat high fiber (all those raspberries?) Or high fat (mcdonalds for breakfast?). I dont think you are faking. Like many people on these forums, i think you are self harming. You might eat correctly for a meal or two, but then that good feeling becomes too hard to bear and you "crave". Its hard to change.
